FEATURED TEACHER
Ginny Moffett
Ginny began practising Classical Hatha Yoga in London in 1986. In 1989, she travelled to California, where she trained to teach Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga at the White Lotus Foundation.
"I first started teaching in the Quaker Meeting House, in Chiswick West London in 1989. Looking back, it was a wonderful space to start off in. Silence is a big part of Yoga and the Quakers meet and sit in silence."
Since then, Ginny has taught as far afield as East Africa and the Sudan, and in diverse settings from corporations to young offenders. But Ginny is unfazed: "The main thing is to teach what you know, and be true to yourself".
