Whole day hands-on course for beginners, using both standard yeasted dough and slower overnight ‘sponge’ for extra flavour.
Starting from scratch, you will prepare standard loaves, pizzas, ciabatta etc. You will learn a variety of shaping methods.
In addition you will make a sweeter product: either brioche or Chelsea buns.
Following this day you will have all the knowledge to bake a successful variety of breads at home.
