Dance-fitness classes for women.
Learn a fun easy to follow routine each week and build your fitness, stamina and ability as you go. Routines are inspired by dance crazes of the last century from Disco to Charleston. Classes are friendly and suitable for those with no dance experience; with professional, patient, instruction. Pre-booking is recommended.
