Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep or Sleepless Sleep) is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
During the practice, one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness.
You are guided by the teacher thorough verbal instruction with the voice as the anchor to keep you aware and awake.
You can practice from a chair, seated or lying down. You can practice in your work clothes as no special clothes or props are necessary.
Come and try this technique which is suitable for all levels practitioner from complete beginner to experienced.
