Whether you believe you have been incarnated on this plane before or not, a past life regression can be of great benefit and interest.

This session is suitable for all. Regression can be beneficial in many ways, by looking towards the past we can gain insights into our present patterns and choices within this lifetime; making sense of things that can sometimes seem random. No experience is required and all are welcome. All we ask is that you come with an open heart and willing mind.

For this experience to take place a relaxed/hypnotic state is induced; if you have ever done a meditation or found yourself staring blankly at the TV or daydreaming, this relaxed state is something you will have experienced time and time again.

You are fully aware throughout, just as you are with daydreaming, this is your own individual experience that you will have full control of.
