Why not book a private class in the comfort of your own home? Receive individual tailored sessions, working at a yoga pace that suits you.
You may wish to receive individual attention to progress or begin your yoga journey, or you may be recovering from an injury, or recently given birth, this will be an ideal opportunity for you to develop or begin your yoga practice at home. Jasmin is able to offer 1 to 1 sessions for the following:
Pregnancy yoga helping you to create a clear, calm, natural inner strength for pregnancy and beyond
Partner yoga enjoy spending quality time whilst working on postures and breathing
Girlie Yoga fun time yoga, ideal as an alternative for a hen evening or pamper session with some friends
Yoga friend join up with some other friends from work or with family and arrange for some private sessions
Mind yoga postures to help you deal with anxiety, stress through an uplifting yoga practice
If you prefer not to attend a group class, then yoga 1 to 1 is ideal for you. The sessions can be booked at a convenient time that suits you; the class can take place at your preferred location either at your home, the hall, or your work place.
A programme will be devised to suit your current needs - each class consists of postures, meditation, breathing and relaxation. In addition you can spend more time on the areas that you wish to work on further (for example de-stress techniques, developing specific postures or working on any physical ailments).
