Yoga - according to the teachings of Sri T Krishnamacharya and his son and pupil Sri TKV Desikachar.

In this approach, particular attention is given to the health of the spine and to focussed breath work. Teaching from this perspective respects the uniqueness of the individual and their situation. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness levels.
