These sessions are aimed at beginners with full explanation and guided practice into relaxing and meditating. They include some exploration of things that get in the way of our inner peace. There is no requirement of previous experience and sessions are open to all. Chairs may be used for those who don't feel comfortable sitting still on the floor.
A range of techniques will be introduced and practitioners will be asked to use these in developing their own practice at home.
Sessions may include some physical exercise so loose comfortable clothing is recommended
Individual and advanced sessions are also available by arrangement.
