I regularly help piano and vocal students overcome anxiety and nerves before exams and performances.
Preparation and knowing your material well is the first element towards success.
Knowing how to practice, strategically is also important.
I can help you to acheive your individual outcomes with mind, body, breath and relaxation techniques to control nerves and anxiety.
As a qualified energy practitioner I may also incorporate energetic structures to facilitate long term results.
