All levels are catered for.
The approach taken during a one - to - one lesson depends on what is required at the time. This depends on the needs of the students and what is required for ones well being and development.
A typical one-to-one session may start with just sitting. Then breath awareness. We may then practice some floor work as in lying twists, breath with movement and work for abdomen & digustion. There is always practices to help spinal mobility. This is all a basic discription.
Session are completed with some breathe work, silent sitting and relaxation.
