Sewing Machine Lesson

The Sewing Machine lesson is designed for those of you that have recently acquired a sewing machine, intend to use it, but don't know how, or are unsure.

I will take you through the basics, from naming the parts of the machine, to threading it up, loading the bobbin and doing straight, zig-zag and stretch stitches. You will also learn how to change the needle and replace sewing foot.

You will have a practical go at doing a zipper, turning corners, sewing curves and straight lines and may, if time allows, make a cushion cover.
