I have labelled this as a beginner class, but I will happily teach intermediate students too!
There is a widespread belief that yoga is only for those who are already flexible, or thin, or at some sort of peak of physical fitness; this is absolutely not the case. Yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to understand whatever body it is that we have, to enjoy it and treat it with the love and care which we all deserve.
I love to share everything I've learnt on my wonderful journey so far, with as many people as possible. Whether this is through the teaching of challenging vinyasa flow classes, teaching powerful pranyama, or guiding meditation with students there are so many ways to bring more strength, calm and understanding into our lives. Yoga makes us happier, shinier people-where's the bad in that?!
As a lover of all learning, and a pragmatist I've trained in many different styles, including Astanga Vinyasa, Sivananda, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Kundalini, Bikram, Acroyoga and Yoga Synergy. Through my continuing study of all these styles, I offer a wealth of experience to you, tailoring classes with you in mind.
