The sessions are designed to suit you and your personal situation.
As well as the individual 1-2-1 sessions, you will be given a practice sheet to help you at home. A gentle, individually designed yoga lesson to help you recover from illness, learn to relax, build strength and fitness, and to learn the basics of yoga.
For more experienced practitioners a focus on pranayama and philosophy can complement your daily asana practice. Or we could develop your daily practice, perhaps working on those poses you find challenging!
