Individual instruction is integral in developing and deepening ones understanding of Yoga. A personalized Yoga practice can be designed from the assessment of your goals, needs and visions. We consider any injuries or illnesses that you may have and whether you are looking to build strength, increase flexibility, heal an injury, improve your health or develop your spirituality. Private lessons provide a setting in which these can be completely addressed.
Learning and practicing Asanas(postures) and Pranayamas (breathing exercises) at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.
This integral approach to private yoga classes is intended to give you access to more of the diverse teachings and techniques that the yoga system has to offer. When practiced and understood holistically, yoga becomes even more beneficial and helpful for humanity in bringing harmony and balance to our lives, families and to society.

Erin has been practicing yoga for the last 10 years in the Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow styles of yoga. In 2004 at Discovery Yoga in St. Augustine Florida, she gained her 200 hour teaching certification which is accredited by the Yoga Alliance .She has been teaching in different studios as well as privately for the last 5 years. She also teaches yoga to children and attained her Yoga Bugs teaching certification in 2007.
She has studied with some of the world's most renowned teachers including Shiva Rea, Beryl Birch, David Swenson, Matthew Sweeney, David Life, John Scott, Richard Freeman and Shri and Stan Hubbard. She continues her own development of asana, pranayama and meditation daily and continues her studies and practice by attending many workshops and intensive training sessions including a 40 hour teacher’s intensive workshop with Richard Freeman.
