I offer one-to-one and small group yoga lessons at your home/office or from a small yoga studio based in NW1. I will devise and guide you through a practice that is tailored to your current ability and that is in tune with your personal motivation for practising (whether this is for stress reduction,rehabilitation from illness/injury, pre-post natal Yoga or general health and fitness).
Close individual attention ensures that you are practising safetly and correctly, and so are more likely to get the full benefit from Yoga.
One-to-one lessons are suitable for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to those advanced practitioners who need gudiance on deepening their practice.
