Yoga therapy, Massage and Ayurvedic advice

Private classes cost between £50 -£70 for 1hr30 mins depending on location and number of students.

These classes are for people who require attention due to a specific ailment or for those who want to progress more along the spiritual path as well as working with the body and breath.
Each class is designed for the need of the student or the group.

Holistic Massage and ayurvedic advice is usually done from my home (£55)but I can also travel to you if necessary (£60- £70). Each session is 1hr 30 mins.
