Awakening the nature of your true spirit, find your true expression, explore the beauty of sound and silence, using drum and journeying, voice and mantra, dance and movement to connect you the spirit of the universe and yourself.

This is a monthly group running on the 2nd Friday of the month from 7pm in the evening and all are welcome.
