I'm an inventor and entrepreneur. I see opportunities in everything and occasionally elect to exploit those opportunities. I like to share, knowledge, information, ideas, and time.

Currently I am moving to Berlin to set up an Open Product Development Business, specialising in new ways to interact with online tools and information in offline environments. I want to decomputerise the way we use the web.

To do this I'm going to need to learn the following (or find people that know them and are willing to collaborate):

Circuit Bending
Product hacking
Soldering
Electronics
Basic Programming
Ruby on Rails
Firefox plugin programming (Jetpack?)
Sewing
Wearable interface production techniques
Knitting

That's a lot of new skills. I'd also like to get access to workshop spaces with:

Laser Cutters
SLA (or other rapid prototyping technologies
Milling Machines
Woodworking tools (Jigsaws, lathes, routers, disc sanders, etc.)

In return I have much to offer, I know how to take a product from idea to market (although I'm now also experimenting with new ways to do so). I know marketing, I know people, I know how to get things done, plan events, sell, design, produce, and innovate.
