Self Defence lessons should be aimed at teaching people prevention rather than "this is how you get out of.." techniques! With this in mind I have set up practical self defence techniques which utilise Wing Chun footwork and hand techniques from all the forms that will help you defend yourself. The lessons are aimed at giving you the confidence of how to control the situation or an aggressor.

If you're a Wing Chun student from a different lineage then private lessons are great for you to learn the differences between the systems.

This is a one to one session to help you to get to grips with your digital SLR camera. It can take place in your own home or in a suitable location or a combination of the two. It is structured around your needs and interests and all learning is negotiated with you.

We can cover all the important functions to put you in control of your camera and to enable you to start taking better pictures.

You can add a further participant to make it a one to two session for an additional £30/half day or £40/full day.
