For those of us that practice Taiji, we may have leanr the usual weapons - brodsword (sabre), straight sword, spear and staff but is it enough? Or would it be better to say - "are they relevant to our times?"

the Taiji zhàng (tai chi cane) is a modern weapon for modern times. It can be carried safely as a walking stick, because that is what it is.

You will learn the traditional form, developed in China in the 20's plus
practical applications, making this a graceful and relevant weapon.

Spanish greetings. Repeat exercises first, then matching cards, then put the sentences in the right order. This would also be followed by a look at the BBC website with a beginners video on greetings. We would also have a conversation about different kinds of greetings and the different levels of formality. At the end of the lesson you would receive a handout with useful phrases to take with you. All of this by a Spanish native!

EFT is an Energy Psychology which combines a talk therapy with tapping on meridian points on the body similar to the points used in acupuncture.
