I have been with the, Tse Qigong Centre, since 2003 practicing, Chen Taijiquan, sometimes known as, Tai Chi, and then a year later I started, Qigong, which is also ,known as, Chi Gong.

I have been an Instructor, since 2007 for, Chen Taijiquan, and for, Qigong, since 2008.

At present I have classes for both, Taiji, and, Qigong, in, Wylde Green, close to both, Sutton Coldfield, and, Birmingham.

The classes are suitable for anyone, over 18, and, beginners, are always welcome.
