Family Fun and Fitness Day - Review
KIXX Martial Arts Family Fun and Fitness Course was very pleased to have as a range, youngsters from the age of 4 years to grand parents in their 70's, training 'side by side' in the KIXX Chinese Boxing Style.
The adults set an execptionally high standard and positive example for the youngsetrs to enjoy and follow for their future Health and Fitness. Everyone had great fun with lots of laughs
Vocal Exercises (Tounge Twisters)
Tounge Twisters are a great way of warming your voice and mouth up before performing. Try speaking these faster and faster, and sing some of them too. If you over-exaggerate your mouth shape when doing these too, that will help with moving your mouth when singing.
