I am a Visiting Professor at Staffordshire University, in recognition of my contribution to the field of 'community art'. I ran a very successful community arts business, employing ten people full-time, which used painting, ceramics, mosaics, film and video, and many other creative techniques. We worked with tens of thousands of people in some of the most deprived communities throughout the world. I have now established myself as a sole trader and publisher.

I have been teaching yoga for 14 years, practising for longer. I am an enthusiastic and committed practitioner looking at ways to bring yoga to the masses. I am not a traditional yogi, I travel my path in a number of different ways and like to teach and share with open-minded people wanting to make sense of their lives. I am available for work with individuals or groups from any background or health status and can offer workshops and special events taking a different slant on the journey of yoga anywhere in the UK.
