I live in Finchdean, near Rowlands Castle in Hampshire. I have many years experience of various martial arts, where I was introduced to the amazingly powerful exercise form that is Chi Kung, as a means of developing power, strength and mental focus. I began to feel that as I got older the chi kung gave me all the physical and mental conditioning I needed, without the aches, pains and bruises!

Worked as a doctors in hospitals managing very sick children in neonatal and intensive care for almost twenty five years. James Drewe became involved in the Chinese Health Arts in 1975 when he

I have been training in kickboxing for a little over 13 years now. So far, I have reached the grade of 4th degree black belt and I am a certified instructor with the WKA (World Kickboxing Association). I also have a Black belt in Aikido and I am a certified instructor with the BAB (British Aikido Board).
