I learnt the majority of my cookery skills from my mother who trained in Paris to become a Cordon Bleu chef. I have also trained on a number of cookery courses myself and have always been inspired by the satisfaction that cooking a meal brings to me and however many people are with me.
I have worked as a chef in three different restaurants and really enjoy teaching people how to develop their cookery skills. Classes are always tailored to the individual/parties requirements and the source of the foods used and the nutritional values of them will always be looked at.

Consequently I have a great knowledge of the dramatic cannon and my help would be integral in choosing audition material. I also received offers from LAMDA and Guildhall on my first attempt so I think I know what the schools are looking for.
