My lessons are based on 3 main aspects:

-learning how to play by ear: the student chooses a song or tune (I can also suggest songs), we then listen to it together and figure the notes out. This implies that I will teach elements of music theory throughout the lessons, and help the student understand how music functions and structures. The idea is also to develop listening abilities and the comprehension of harmony. The student can then practice the song at home.

For Beginners:

For beginners I recommend a 30 minute lesson, once a week, during which we will learn about the brass instrument of your choice and how to play it.

For Intermediate Students:

If you already play a brass instrument and would like to improve your skills then I can be of help. I teach all brass instruments to an intermediate level, and lessons will focus on developing any areas of your technique which you would like to improve. Lessons can be between 30-60 mins depending on your level of playing, and I would recommend having one a week.
