My name is Natalie and I have been practising yoga for around 10 years now. I qualified in India in Feb 2012 and have been teaching ever since. I run small classes, with a maximum of 10 per class. My classes are £7 and the classes last 75 minutes. Each class includes breathing exercises, postures, meditation and deep relaxation.

I also teach 121 classes at students homes, if there is enough room for 2 mats and space to relax I will come to you.
The private classes start from £25 for 75 minutes. (price depends on location).

I have been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2007. I believe there is a way into yoga for everyone.I remember how it felt to go to my first class- worried if I was flexible enough, whether I would be able to do it.... a lot of worries.
