My Martial arts journey began in 1989 and has included Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate, monkey boxing, Self-defence, Tai Chi and Shaolin Mizong Kung fu, which I currently teach.

I am a 7th generation disciple of Mizong under the remarkable Grandmaster Lu Jun Hai and have been fortunate enough to become a 4 times British champion and 5 time’s world champion under his tutelage.

7th Breath Tai Chi Chuan is taught by Lindon Rankin, who has studied Yang & Wu dang style of Tai Chi Chuan for the last 13 years. He started studying under one of Master Chu’s early students Con Cummins and further with Serge Augier and Master Wang Zhuang Hong of Hong Kong. He has been studying with one of Dan Docherty’s students Alex Ferreras. Lindon is currently the British Tai Chi Fixed Push Hands Heavyweight Champion (Gold Medal 2012).
