    What we believe at School of Everything

    As we decide what next for School of Everything we’ve been doing a little bit of soul searching and thinking about what we truly believe in (as well as working hard, being nice to people and the power of good chili sauce). Here’s what we’ve come up with - would be great to know what you think.

    Back to basics: our values

    In the early days of School of Everything we decided to write down our values when it came to education. We never really put them in the foreground on the site but as a team we're having a bit of a think about this kind of thing and we thought it might be worth revisiting them. Do they still hold up? Have we stuck to them? Are there ones that have developed as we've gone along. Would be really great to get your views. Here's what we said two years ago.

    Policy of education

    Together with Wolf we have defined the notion of EDUCATION, quite unexpectedly. Education is something that changes the human. Education is the circumstances, where the human is inclined to realize himself as a spiritual being. Education is the possibility to learn to become ANOTHER MYSELF. Education is the possibility to make use of a new MYSELF.

    Every member of School of Everything can add notes, links, videos, images, documents and other things to the site that help people learn or teach a particular subject. If you're learning, you can use it to keep track of your progress in your subjects and all the things that help you learn like useful websites or how-to videos.

    If you're teaching, you can share useful resources and advice that you think will help people learn you subjects. You can tag each resource post with one or more subjects, and your posts will appear to other people looking for those subjects.
