Barbara Dziewięcka was born in Kraków in 1988. She has appeared as a soloist with the youth orchestra Ostinato in Poland, Germany, France and has given recitals in Philharmonic Halls in Krakow, Łódź, Zielona Góra, Opole in Poland, Stuttgart Music Academy Hall, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, St. James’s Piccadilly. She has worked with such great musicians as Kaja Danczowska, Leonid Kerbel, Mari Tampere-Bezrodny, Michael Vaiman, Tomasz Tomaszewski, Kevin Kenner, Belcea Quartet, Chillingirian Quartet.

I am a teacher of both violin and piano. My current students are of varying ages and standards. Music is my passion and I enjoy being able to pass on this love of music to other people.

I also play in various orchestras and chamber groups and am available for any gigs you may need a violinist for.

I am currently studying for a Masters in Violin Performance (MMus) at Trinity College of Music, having graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Music from King's College London in 2009. I have been playing the violin for 17 years and the piano for 13 years, and I've had considerable experience teaching violin, piano and music theory to children and adults. I'm a very patient, reliable and friendly teacher and I am happy to teach all ages and abilities.
