I'm a qualified coach and personal development expert, and I currently host the Newcastle upon Tyne Life Club, a weekly self development workshop which helps people get a clearer view of thinking about life. Sifu Waller has been teaching tai chi and baguazhang since 1995.

He has been training martial arts since 1975, tai chi chuan and baguazhang since 1990.

Sifu Waller has over 30,000 hours of practice behind him.

He holds a post-graduate professional teaching qualification.

His teacher was called Peter Southwood. Sifu Waller trained with Peter for 20 years, until Peter's death.

Sifu Waller is registered with The Tai Chi Union for Great Britain as an advanced instructor.
