My classes are focused on correct breathing and developing the postures. The class is designed to revitalise your spirit and restore balance to your body and mind.

As it is one to one we will be able to focus on particular areas that need attention and we can talk through anything that may come up.

The one to one classes are all about time for yourself & time to relax and free yourself of tension.

Tha class should always be enjoyable.

I offer one on one yoga lessons for children with special needs. The lesson includes breathing exercises, yoga postures which focus on stretching, strength, balance and relaxation.The style follows Sonia Sumar's approach , as taught at the Special Yoga Centre.
I srongly recommend that the primary caregiver also practice yoga. I offer private yoga lessons to the caregiver as well. This can occur after your child's session, if you have child care available for the one hour session.(There is an additional cost for this).

Initially there is a consultation lesson to see at what level the student is; get to know interests and what the main aim is.

Lessons take different forms according to each individuals needs. Main aim for lessons are breathing, technique, and interpretation.

Also prepare students for exams and auditions.
