Shira is a fully trained yoga teacher with Sivananda (accredited in 2002) in Kerala, India and uses some breathing to ground the person having done sadhana intensive course also with Sivananda (2005). Shira has attended a 2 week course with John Scott in Astanga Yoga (2005) and did a teachers training for power yoga in India (accredited in 2011). Shira has attended Astanga yoga with Hamish Hendry and also done some shadow yoga. Shira maintains a regular daily practice and once a year attend a yoga retreat in India.
