Amanda began practising Yoga over 35 years ago and studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from 1990. In recent years she has experimented with more creative ways of practising and teaching Yoga. Amanda’s teaching of Yoga now includes Vinyasa Flow sequences informed by Body-Mind Centering®. Her aim is to help students develop embodied awareness and greater ease of movement.
Terms and Conditions for Private Sessions
1. 48 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise the full amount is due.
2. Where sessions are regular and on a weekly basis, half the session fee will be due for all cancellations made up to 48 hours beforehand, thereafter the full amount will be due.
3. Amanda will always aim to give plenty of notice for dates when she is unable to give sessions but there may be occasions when she has to cancel at short notice.
4. Please arrive up to 5 minutes prior to class but no earlier
