Amanda Poyner

I am a qualified counsellor, massage therapist, healer and writer, with many years experience in therapeutic work, personal development and meditation, but have a passion for the creative arts and in particular hand spinning. I work mainly with luxurious alpaca fibre and use alpaca to teach the art of hand spinning to others.

I live in Somerset and have two grown up children (not children any more). My other interests are Herbal Remedies, gardening, walking with my Jack Russell, 'Tilly', and summer evening gatherings with good friends around an outdoor fire.

It's a good life, currently shared with a beautiful herd of alpacas that I am looking after.
