I am a graduate of the University of London where I initially studied Mathematics, Statistics & Computer Science to Bachelors level and Molecular Modeling & Bioinformatics to Masters level.

I have 30 years experience in IT and Mathematics and have held various research positions within the University of London during that time as well as several years spent as a software developer, working in the Insurance industry.

In addition to teaching various aspects of IT to undergraduates and staff, more recently I have some eight years experience as a freelance private tutor in Mathematics, ICT and Computing up to Undergraduate level. I am am also registered with several tutoring agencies.

Currently I also perform Special Needs Assistant duties at a local Primary School and so cover the full age range.

THE SMALL PRINT

Fees for tuition are £20.00 per hour for an individual student or £15.00 per hour per student for a group of two or more students, payable weekly directly to your tutor, in cash at the end of the tutorial.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be billed to the student/client at a rate of no more than 1 hour of instruction unless the cancelled lesson is rescheduled during the same week. Where this does not occur the 4 successive lessons will be extended by 15 minutes to make up for the lost session. This way, neither the tutor nor the student loses.
