I have been a member of the elgin judo club for about 8 or 9 years now in the capacity of student and coach. I am a first dan black belt and love training at the club and entering competitions up and down the U.K. I am in the process of obtaining my coaching certificate from Judo Scotland. There are 4 main coaches in the club, and we accept new members from the age of 5 and up. All the coaches train members on a completly volentry basis and any funds made by the club go straight back into the club to pay for equiptment and to subsidise students travelling to and from competitions and gradings.
If you have any other questions, then please, feel free to email me on firstname.lastname@example.org
You pay on a lesson to lesson basis.
Your first two lessons are free, so you can give it a go and if you enjoy it you are more than welcome to continue training. If you didn't enjoy it you aren't tied in by any joining fees.
