I have a Certificate in Adult Dyslexia Support from London Language and Literacy Unit, South Bank University. I work for the Open University as a study skills tutor and provide training in the main software packages that can help students with dyslexia achieve success in higher education:

- Voice Recognition Software (Dragon Naturally Speaking v 10)

- Text to Speech Software (TextHelp Gold and Claro Read Plus)

- Mindmapping Software (Inspiration v8).

- Digital Voice Recorders (Olympus).
