I am semi-retired after over 40 years working within the NHS. Breadmaking for almost 35 years, in early marriage we ate our mistakes & learnt fast!

First met bread mice in Germany & knew I could do it. So can you. Bread mice, breadgehogs, tortoises, snails - what fun. My children grew up on mouse sandwiches - it's surprising what kids will eat if it has eyes!

Have since graduated to the harvest loaf - wheatsheaf, sun, loaves & fishes, cottage loaves.

Happy to teach anyone who is interested in bread & fun.

Offering: private lessons, group classes and workshops.

Rates: Expenses. Anything else is negotiable.
