You can develop your talent in a small group, with a supportive atmosphere and comfy chairs, next door to a bar. You will have the opportunity to

• learn new techniques
• hone your writing skills
• experiment with new ideas and rework old ones
• sustain commitment to your writing
• edit, discuss and review your work
• prepare for publication

There will be a series of monthly workshops throughout the year. Each consists of a 3-hour class exploring a specific aspect of writing, and sharing and feeding back on your work in progress. You will be expected to write regularly, complete assignments both in and out of class, share your work and give constructive feedback to others. You will benefit from input from two professional writers and will receive at least one detailed written critique during the course, plus email support. Ideal for those working on novels or longer projects.

We also have Wednesday evening courses which run for 5 consequetive weeks; they 'stand alone' and you can do one or more.

Plus we have a Reading and Wine event on Sunday 27th March when students can perform their work and meet other writers.
