Hi, my name is Barbara and I am a life coach. I also have many years experience running confidence building courses. I'm based in Wirral but travel across the North West.

I'm a qualified adult teacher and also hold a counselling certificate and life coaching qualification.

I work with people from many different backgrounds, both one-to-one and in groups

I work in a person-centred way - you know what you want to change and I help you to move on.

I believe that the process should be fun - that's the way you learn best!

Offering: private lessons and group classes.
Aimed at: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Ages: 18 +
Rates: Free introductory session. Group charges negotiable.
