I trained as an Instructor in Kundalini Yoga with the School of Kudalini Yoga in the U.K. I live in beautiful rural Staffordshire where my surroundings serve to bring calmness and serenity to my teaching. My natural warmth, wit and wisdom combines with the age-old technology to provide a transformative experience of yoga.
