I have 7 years experience in developing online communities using digital media and social networking tools for the Public and Private sector, for freelance workers, Artists, GP's and for organisations working in Community development.

My current work involves supporting the development of the digital skills required for work in community development and promoting healthier communities. Much of my practice involves understanding the current evidence base behind new technologies and approaches as well as contributing to practice based evidence.

I currently provide training and workshops for individuals, groups and organisations in developing digital skills and practice. I also provide support for organisations wishing to develop the take up of social media tools.

I am also one of the founder members of bITjAM, a successful digital media hub for multi media artists in the Midlands. The bITjAM have supported many emerging and experiences artists with their development of digital skills.
