I am a textile artist with a love of felt making and hooky & proggy mat making and I am always bursting with ideas. I have a good eye for colour and being a keen recycler produce wonderful creations using scrap materials. I worked within the commercial legal sector for twenty years as an information professional before embarking on a career in creative textiles.
I am a founder member of Lapwing Crafts and have been teaching creative craft workshops for over 6 years. I have worked with Galleries, Museums, Private Individuals and Schools on a variety of projects and commissions.
I February 2012 I moved into Studio 10 at the Allendale Forge Studios, where I share a space with fellow textile artist Pat Ashton Smith.
