I have been learning Egyptian style bellydance for over 10 years and have been teaching for about 8 years. My main style is Raqs Sharqi but I also do cabaret style bellydance. I perform at weddings, fetes, parties etc and teach a weekly class in Yeovil as well as technique workshops. I also enjoy bringing different teachers into the Yeovil and Somerset area to teach workshops in different styles. I am also willing to travel to teach technique and/or choreography workshops.

My mobile telephone number is 07913 256228. I also have a landline but do not wish to put out on the internet.
My performance name is Shamira, and for performances my rates depend on cost and distance of travel, whether it is a charity or fund-raising event, length of performance, whether a costume change is required etc. I usually perform for 20 minutes without a costume change, or 2 15 minute performances with a costume change in the middle. I do not perform for all-male events but men are welcome to come to my weekly lessons and workshops.
