Carrie Underwood

I am currently studying at Leeds College of Music and I currently lead the Leeds College of music community Symphony Orchestra. From September I shall be studying for an MMus in Performance and Pedagogy at Birmingham Conservatoire. I also play in a family based Violin Trio who play at parties and weddings etc. I offer lessons on Violin, Clarinet, Flute, Saxophone, Piano and Music Theory to pupils of all ages and abilities from beginner up to Grade 8.

I am a classically trained musician, but have skills and an interest in popular, folk, jazz and especially musical theatre, as i have played in many pit bands. I am willing to teach pupils who wish to take graded examinations, and those who want to just learn for fun.

I can teach one-to-one or small groups, and try to create a fun atmosphere for everyone! I like to incorporate aural training into each lesson as I believe it is a very important part of being a musician.
