I've been doing yoga on and off nearly all my life. I qualified as a hatha yoga teacher a few years ago and am now training in the Iyengar tradition. I hold a level 1 Iyengar teaching qualification.

I offer occasional private classes to existing students, to help with specific issues or developing a home practice.
Contact me for latest rates and class details. There is a discount for paying for a term of 10-12 classes. Weekend workshops are priced and advertised when organised, and rates vary according to location.
Come and relax on Rathlin Island for a weekend yoga workshop. £120 for one night's accommodation, 6 hours yoga tuition and 4 meals (Sat lunch and dinner, Sun breakfast and lunch). Boat fare (~£10) not included.
