Clive Tempest
Clive Tempest has more than 30 years experience supporting individuals to increase their self-knowledge and spiritual awareness. He teaches chi gung (qigong) classes in Somerset, UK, and runs Conscious Connections workshops and residential retreats in England and Finland.
He is a certified shibashi instructor for The Tai Chi, Qigong and Feng Shui Institute (Sifu Wing Cheung) and began practising tai chi in 1981 at Master Chu King-hung's London school. His subsequent teachers include Bruce Frantzis and Anthony Horrocks (medical qigong).
He teaches a way of using chi gung exercises to relieve psycho-physical tension, and a meditative practice that gives the individual a bigger picture of life.
"Through the practice of meditative chi gung and learning how to handle the difficulties of daily living, we can make a quantum leap out of the human condition. In the evolution of human consciousness, we have passed through religion and psychology and now new resources of energy and intelligence are provided to help us fulfill our purpose on earth."
