I have been practicing meditation since 1978 and yoga since 1988. I founded the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre on the west coast of Ireland in 1999.
We run residential weekend and week long courses in all forms of yoga including ashtanga, iyengar, bikram, kundalini, hatha, satyananda yoga.
The centre runs courses for beginners to advanced.
