I have been practising Tai Chi, Qigong and Chan/Zen meditation for over 20 years and have taught in Hertford, Hertfordshire, for more than 6 years. I continue to train with Tai Ji Quan Dao (www.tjqd.co.uk) and run the local group of the Western Chan Fellowship (www.westernchanfellowship.org).
